Former President Moi will today visit Isiolo to condole with the family the late East Africa Legislative MP Abdullahi Aden.
The former President is scheduled to arrive at the home of the late MP in the morning hours.
Isiolo South MP Abdul Bahari and Isiolo North Kanu chairman Tharfano Mokku will receive him.
Last evening, Bahari said the former President would later address Isiolo town residents at the local Kanu office.
The MP said Moi would later travel to Laisamis in Marsabit district to condole with the family of the late MP, Titus Ngoyoni.
The former President will address the residents at Laisamis Trading Centre.
There, he will be received by former Laisamis MP Robert Kochale, who has declared interest in the seat in the coming by-elections.
Proper campaigns for the by-elections are expected begin soon after Speaker Francis ole Kaparo declares the seats vacant.
Moi is expected to travel back to Nairobi by road the same day.
He will on Tuesday fly to Marsabit where he is expected to travel to North Horr and Sololo to condole with the families of the late Dr Bonaya Godana and Dr Guracha Galgalo.
