Mogadishu (HOL) – Gunmen shot and killed two civilians in a rural area of central Somalia on Sunday in what is believed to be a clan revenge attack.
According to local residents, the incident took place in Balal Dheer village, located in the Adakibir area of the Galgadud region.
The victims have been identified as Ahmed Wehliye Gure and Abdinasir Mohamud Elmi Matan, both from the Adado district.
The assailants fled the scene after the attack, and security forces have launched an investigation into the killings.
